Brand Conversions would like to advise you that as affiliates, you should cease/should not be seeking to recruit traffic within the territories where Coral Eurobet have exclusive partnerships (Greece, Cyprus, Spain, Andorra) on behalf of Eurobet.
Brand Conversions will not be able to accept any .it websites, or sites addressed to the Italian public on behalf of Coral Eurobet

1. What software does Eurobet use?
The online Casinos are based on Chartwell software.
The online Poker Rooms are based on OnGame.
Other products, including Games and Sportsbook, are based on software built in-house.

2. Can a customer who has registered at Eurobet casino play at another Eurobet product, eg. Poker?
Eurobet operate a one wallet account, whereby a customer who has registered at any of Eurobet's online products can use the same account to play at other Eurobet products.

3. Can a customer with an Eurobet account play at Coral's with the same account and vice-versa?
Although Coral and Eurobet are part of the same company, any customer with a wallet at Coral will still need to register their details again at Eurobet in order to play at Eurobet.

4. How are customers referred through my affiliate link tracked?
When a customer lands on the Eurobet splash pages through your link, a cookie is placed onto their machine. This cookie is valid for 30 days.

5. If a customer has visited Coral through my affiliate link, but later signs up to Eurobet, will that player still be tracked?
No. The cookie in this case is valid for Coral referrals only. If you want the player to be tracked when they sign up to Eurobet, then they must have a cookie on their machine created after they have been referred to the Eurobet site by you.

6. After visiting the Eurobet website through my affiliate link, will the customer still be tracked if they sign up as a player at a later date?
Yes. This is on condition that: a) the cookie on their machine has not expired or been removed by themselves; b) the customer has not visited the site through another affiliates link after visiting the Eurobet website through your own affiliate link.

7. What if there are multiple cookies on the customers computer from several Eurobet affiliates?
In the event that there are multiple cookies on a customers computer, then the latest version of the cookie will take precedence. i.e. the player will be allocated to the last affiliate that referred them to the Eurobet website.

8. Can a player sign up more than once to Coral or Eurobet?
Coral and Eurobet have a verification process in place that helps to prevent duplication of player accounts. As well as helping to minimise confusion, this also helps to eliminate bonus abuse and fraud.
The new creative will automatically update on your sites unless you host your own creatives. If this is the case, please contact your affiliate manager to ensure that you are using the correct advertising material.

9. How and when do I get paid?
Assuming the amount due that month is above the £50.00 threshold, we will send your payment by cheque, wire transfer, and BACS (UK affiliates only). Affiliate accounts that have a balance less than the £50.00 threshold will be paid in the following month/s once this minimum is achieved.
