1. What software does 32Red use?

2. How are customers referred through my affiliate link tracked?
When a customer lands on the 32Red splash pages through your link, a cookie is placed onto their machine. This customer will credited to the affiliate if they cross into either the Poker Room or the Casino. This cookie is valid for 30 days.

3. After visiting the 32Red website through my affiliate link, will the customer still be tracked if they sign up as a player at a later date?
Yes. This is on condition that a 32Red cookie is not already on their machine, and has not expired or been removed by themselves. All cookies are valid up to 30 days.

4. What if there are multiple cookies on the customer’s computer from several 32Red affiliates?
Only the originator’s cookie will remain on the customer’s computer. If a customer should visit 32Red more than 30days after they first visited the site, a new cookie will be set.

5. Can a player sign up more than once to 32Red?
32Red have a verification process in place that helps to prevent duplication of player accounts. As well as helping to minimise confusion, this also helps to eliminate bonus abuse and fraud.

6. How and when do I get paid?
Assuming the amount due that month is above the £50.00 threshold, we will send your payment by cheque, wire transfer, and BACS (UK affiliates only). Affiliate accounts that have a balance less than the £50.00 threshold will be paid in the following month/s once this minimum is achieved.
